Refund Policy

Effective date: August 22, 2026Last updated: August 22, 2026

This page says, in plain language, when Flypify gives money back and when it does not. It sits alongside section 5 of our Terms of Service, which is the governing text. Where the two could be read differently, the Terms govern.

Credits are a separate question and have their own page: what a credit buys and when one comes back. Most of what people expect from a “refund” in the Ad Studio is actually an automatic credit return, which happens without you asking.

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. A first subscription charge can be refunded inside the window below. After that window, and for every renewal charge, a subscription payment is non-refundable, including for a partial billing period. The reason is specific to what the product delivers: a winner’s supplier link, landed cost and margin are the value, and they are delivered the moment they are revealed to you — there is no way to hand them back.

Cancelling is a one-click action in your account and it stops future renewals. Your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. You are never billed again after you cancel.

Outside that window we may still refund a charge where it is plainly the right thing to do — a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation, or a plan that never became usable. Ask, at the address in section 7.

How long you have to ask: 14 days. Within 14 days of your first subscription charge, ask and we will consider refunding it. That window is for a first charge only. Where the law gives you a right to withdraw from the purchase — consumers in the UK and the EU among them — that refund is your right and not our decision; where no such right applies, the decision is ours. Renewal charges stay non-refundable.

2. One-time credit packs

Credit packs are a prepaid balance, not a subscription. Credits you buy never expire on a clock — they stay in your account until you spend them — but they do end if you close your account, and they are not paid back; see section 3.

Whether an unspent pack can be refunded in money: no. Credits are not converted back into a payment, an unspent pack included. Credits come back to your balance in the cases set out below and in the credit policy, and that is the only way a credit comes back.

Credits you have already spent are not refundable in money. Spending a credit commissions work from an outside provider that we pay for whether or not you like the result. Where that work is not delivered, the credits come back to your balance automatically — see the credit policy for exactly when.

3. Closing your account

Deleting your account ends your access, and with it the ability to spend any credits still on the balance. We keep the credit ledger itself as a financial record — it is what stops a replayed payment from resurrecting a deleted balance — but the credits are no longer spendable by anyone.

Whether unspent purchased credits are paid back when you close an account: no. Credits are never converted back into money, and closing the account is not an exception to that: an unspent balance is forfeited, credits you bought included. Credits your plan granted end with the plan in any case.

So if you have a balance you paid for, spend it before you close the account. Deletion is not reversible, and nothing brings the balance back afterwards.

4. Purchases made in a mobile app store

If you subscribed inside the Flypify app through Google Play or the App Store, that store took the payment and that store handles the refund, under its own policy and its own timescales. We cannot refund a charge we did not take. Cancelling an app-store subscription is also done in the store, not here.

5. Disputes and chargebacks

If a payment is reversed — a refund you asked your bank for, or a dispute — we remove the credits that payment bought, taking purchased credits first. We never take a balance below zero: credits you already spent on work we genuinely delivered are not turned into a debt.

Please write to us before you file a dispute. Almost everything people dispute is something we would have fixed in a reply, and a dispute costs us a fee whether or not it succeeds.

6. Your rights under law

Nothing on this page limits any right you have that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you. Consumers in some countries — the UK and the EU among them — have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within a set period, and rules about when that right can be given up for digital content delivered immediately. Where such a right applies to you, it applies regardless of what this page says.

7. How to ask for a refund

Email mikail@flypify.com. To make it fast, include:

  • The email address on the account.
  • The date and amount of the charge, or the receipt.
  • Whether it is a subscription or a credit pack.
  • What went wrong.

A person reads it. If we agree to a refund, it goes back to the original payment method — your bank decides how long it then takes to appear, usually a few working days.

8. Changes to this page

We may update this page. The version that applies to a payment is the one published when the payment was taken, so the effective date at the top matters. Material changes to the Terms themselves are handled under section 16 of the Terms.
