Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Flypify account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  • Open the Flypify app and go to Settings.
  • Under Account, tap Delete Account.
  • Confirm. Your account and data are removed right away.

This works whether you signed up with email, Google, or Apple. The same option is available in the Flypify web app under your account settings.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@flypify.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and complete the deletion, typically within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • Your account record (email and, if used, your Google/Apple identifier).
  • Your subscription record and entitlements.
  • Saved and viewed products, and any product reveals.
  • Connected store details (e.g. your Shopify connection).

We also cancel any active subscription billed directly through us. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel there as well so the store stops billing — an app cannot cancel a store subscription on your behalf.

We do not delete anonymized, aggregated market data that never identified you, or records we’re legally required to retain (e.g. tax/transaction records).
